Based in Dublin, our underwriters work closely with brokers to support property risks, including those that typically fall outside standard market appetite. Together with standard risks we are able to accommodate non-standard construction, a high fire risk occupation, a larger sum insured or previous losses, we provide underwriting expertise and practical solutions for risks that can be difficult to place.

Bars and hotels, guesthouses, holiday hostels, holiday villages and resorts, restaurants and cafes, sports and leisure centres, gyms, cinemas and theatres, exhibition venues, music venues, galleries and museums, amusement arcades and casinos, snooker halls and sporting clubs.
Food manufacture and processing.
Meat processing, abattoirs, fish processing, vegetable processors, bakery, coffee importers and roasters, dairy production, egg production, drinks and beverages, breweries, distilleries, health food supplements, pet food.

Metal products manufacturing including steel, aluminium and light engineering risks, clothing and textile manufacturing, cardboard and packaging manufacturing, uPVC windows, doors and conservatories, electrical equipment, computer and hardware.

Tyre wholesalers, woodworking risks including kitchen, wardrobe and furniture manufacture, industrial and commercial laundries, refugee and other emergency accommodation where the proposer is operating the business.

Where the owner is not involved in any business operating from the premises: apartment blocks, office buildings, multi-occupancy units, shopping centre owners, property owners of warehouse or manufacturing premises, premises occupied as refugee or emergency accommodation, and unoccupied properties.
Warehouse, sale and supply.
Food and beverage, clothing and footwear, toys, electrical goods, tiles, building products and bathroom suites, computers and electronics, furniture, carpets, paints, and haulage, storage and freight involving non-hazardous goods.
