Based in Dublin, our underwriters work closely with brokers to support standard, non-standard and difficult-to-place Commercial Combined risks. Whether the requirement is non-standard or needs a more tailored approach, we can structure solutions through First Loss, Co-Insurance and Excess of Loss arrangements.

We support Irish domiciled businesses with:
- Total sum insured up to €20M per location
- Liability cover available on a combined basis for risks in low and medium hazard liability occupations. Higher hazard hospitality, leisure and adventure liability is written on a standalone basis by our Liability team
- First Loss, Co-Insurance and Excess of Loss structures available
- Standard, non-standard and difficult to place risks considered

Where the owner is not involved in any business operating from the premises: apartment blocks, office buildings, multi-occupancy units, shopping centre owners, property owners of warehouse or manufacturing premises, premises occupied as refugee or emergency accommodation, and unoccupied properties.
Warehouse, sale and supply.
Food and beverage, clothing and footwear, toys, electrical goods, tiles, building products and bathroom suites, computers and electronics, furniture, carpets, paints, and haulage, storage and freight involving non-hazardous goods.
