Neil brings over 30 years’ experience in insurance broking and risk management, advising global corporations and professional service firms. He joined SRG in June 2025 as UK CEO and provides strategic leadership to support growth across the business.

Managing Director, MX

Ian has worked in both broking and underwriting for more than 25 years. His passions are developing sales, distribution and market management strategies to achieve optimum growth and profit results. Ian joined SRG in July 2018.

Head of UK & Europe Property & Casualty, MX

With over 14 years of experience across the UK and Europe, Matt leads the Property & Casualty underwriting strategy for MX. He is responsible for risk appetite, governance and portfolio performance, supporting sustainable and profitable growth.

Head of Commercial Liability, MX Underwriting Europe

Seán is an Underwriter with over 20 years’ experience across a number of insurance classes. His areas of expertise include Liability, Property, Motor Fleet and Professional Indemnity. 

Property Underwriting Manager, MX Underwriting Europe

Andrew is an experienced Underwriter having spent over 30 years in the London Market, specialising in Property insurance for the UK and Ireland. Having led underwriting teams and built successful portfolios in the Irish market, he brings a deep understanding of the risks and challenges faced by Irish brokers.

Technical Underwriting Director, MX Underwriting Europe

Having kicked off his career in the insurance industry in 1996, Jean-Claude is a specialist with in-depth expertise in underwriting and coverage of litigation risks restraining delivery of renewable energy infrastructure and sustainable urban regeneration.
